Who Am I

Hi! My name is Sterling O’Neill. A southern girl from South Carolina, who has lived in many places, both in US and abroad. Married to my best friend and partner in ministry for over 38 years. I am a contented mother of 4 children, 3 sons- in-law, and 4 grandchildren. Along with aging parents.

I see myself as an Ambassador-at-Large and a Global Life Coach.  I love people, writing, consulting, coaching, training, creating, and tennis among other things. I have the privilege in this season to travel and work alongside my husband too.

Women need to hear from other women. We are wired to be relational and in community. We are part of God’s family. Whatever stage or season of life you find yourself in, I want you to know God loves and values you, has a plan for you, you are not alone and you are making a difference.

As an older woman, I have lived long enough to appreciate life’s pains and sufferings. I want to journey with women to tell their stories as I tell my stories. I want to walk alongside others whether younger, older or the same age as me. We can teach and encourage one another. May you imitate me as I follow Christ!

God has called me to the nations to make disciples, to teach others all that He has taught me. Teaching those who are faithful who will teach others. I want to help develop you along in your journey of God’s call on your life. First encourage you in your relationship with Jesus, then help develop you to flourish in your community and reproduce in your sphere of influence so that you will feel valued, purposeful, and confident in making a difference for God’s Kingdom one story at a time.

Desire to “team up with God to empower a movement of mission focused women to see God in their story, bringing hope in developing a more effective life and ministry.”

And let us consider how we may spur one another toward love and good deeds…encouraging one another–and all the more as you see the Day approaching.”  Hebrews 10:24-25 (NIV)

“Intentionally journeying alongside of women in order to encourage them to see God in their story, moving them closer to Jesus, and to discover their place in God’s Kingdom”
